Create Wifi Hotspot using CMD

Wireless Hosted network system was presented in Windows 7. By
utilizing this element we can make a virtual remote adapter. To do this we just oblige Cmd with administrator benefits. What's more best of everything you can unite with another wifi when hosted network is running. This procedure portrays the percentage of the charges that are accessible just in windows 7 and 8.

Making our own system as a hotspot will sometimes lead to DHCP
mismatch reason all our IP addresses are automatically provided by
DHCP protocol itself.By making a local hotspot at the location here it act's mostly like virtual LAN and helps others to connect to your pc so that the information can be shared fastly.

Advantages of creating a hotspot in this manner helps to share the files to your friends in a faster way when compared to general copying process.Creation of hotspot can be a fun thing, install a game which supports multiplayer mode or a game which you can have online mode.Games for example like farcry can be played by creating a hotspot around for a particular boundaries. Hotspot which is created by us will have limitations it can't be seen by the others if they are out of boundaries.

How to Create

  • Press Win+R to open the run box.
  • In that type "cmd"and it shows the command prompt,
  • Now make sure that you need open command prompt in administrative mode.We can select this option in windows 10 by pressing Win+X.
  • Here type as netsh wlan show drivers and hit enter. It will be showing the details of entire drivers that are installed in your system.
Here we can see like option called Hosted network supported and most of the system's will support that option. If it is showing "no" then you need to reinstall your Wi-Fi drivers.
So once after giving this command hosted network will be started and all the people who are nearby can be able to see you pc as local host within a particular boundary.Created hotspot will be in turned on mode until you restart your system or shutdown.

When you create this local hotspot at this time you will not be able to access internet. So to get back again to normal changes enter the
following command which is shown below
By entering the command shown, hotspot which was created will be stopped and all the users who are connected to your local area network will be disconnected along with this access to the internet will be  lost then you need to restart your pc once and after restarting if you are unable to connect to internet just perform troubleshooting and after everything works fine.

To share your internet connection go to:

  1. Network and Sharing Center
  2. Change Adapter settings. Here right click  on the Connection that you use to associate with web and select properties.
  3. In properties go to Sharing tab and check the case "Allow other network users to join through this computer internet connection and select the network connection name that is utilized by your hotspot.
  4. Save it
